Now celebrating over 50 years in manufacturing, BBC offers extensive capabilities in hot forging from 1/2" through 2" (M16-M50) diameter, and CNC machining and milling of bar stock from 3/8" through 9" diameter. Production quantities range from a single piece to thousands, depending on our customers' needs and delivery schedules.
From our strategically located Midwestern facility, we also offer cold-headed products as small as 7/16 x 1" and as large as 1 1/4 x 9" for those who have volume requirements for specials, standards and pins. Metric diameters from M12 through M30 are also available in Classes 8.8, 10.9, 11.9, 12.9, A325M and A 490M in a variety of coatings.
Parts will be made to your specifications, either in inch or metric dimensions, and in carbon, alloy, or non-ferrous materials. Dimensional and physical testing are performed in our accredited in-house laboratory which minimizes delays and assures compliance with IS0/DIN and ASTM standards.
